Captain Tony has been fishing and exploring the waters of the Lower Suwannee River Estuary System for over 50 years. He is the 5th generation of his family to call this area home and has been involved in commercial fishing for 40 years. Currently Captain Tony and his wife Debby also own and operate a crabbing business, producing blue crabs and stone crabs.
As a young fella he learned the area and how to fish from his Daddy, Grandaddy, uncles and many other friends and family.
At the age of 17 Captain Tony enlisted in the US Navy specializing in Navigation, he was involved in the initial Naval research for surface ship GPS navigational systems.
With a love of the sea and fishing it seemed only natural that Captain Tony would become a fishing guide. After taking friends and family fishing for years he began “guiding” in 1996.
